Russian Strikes Kill Seven in Ukraine’s Industrial Hub Pavlohrad

Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad, a city in southeastern Ukraine.

Seven people were killed and 76 were injured there.

The attacks used drones, artillery and bombs.

Pavlohrad is important because trains and supplies pass through it.

Other strikes hit a petrol station in Kyiv and a food factory in Dnipro.

Two people died at the Dnipro facility, and four were hurt in Kyiv.

Ukraine said the attacks were meant to frighten civilians and damage businesses.

Russia denied deliberately attacking civilian places.

Ukraine and Russia have both been carrying out more attacks on economic and military supply targets.
