Brij Bhushan Singh Congratulates Aradhana Misra on UP Congress Appointment
The Congress party chose Aradhana Misra to lead its team in Uttar Pradesh.
She is also known as Mona Misra.
She replaced Ajay Rai, who had led the state party since August 2023.

He also said the change did not necessarily mean Rai had done a poor job.
The Congress appointed Aradhana Misra, also known as Mona Misra, as president of its Uttar Pradesh unit.
The party named MP Imran Masood working president and appointed Chaudhary Virendra Singh leader of its Uttar Pradesh Legislature Party.
Devinder Nishad and Alok Prasad were named senior vice-presidents of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee.
The appointments formed part of an organisational reshuffle ahead of next year's Assembly polls; Misra replaced Ajay Rai.
On Saturday, former Kaiserganj MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh congratulated Misra and said the change was an internal organisational process, not necessarily a reflection of Rai's performance.
