Fusion Klassroom Edutech Shares List at 7% Premium on BSE

Fusion Klassroom is a company that makes a learning app for students in India.

It recently sold shares of the company to the public for the first time in something called an IPO.

People who bought the shares paid ₹159 for each share.

When trading began, each share sold for ₹170, so the buyers made a small profit right away.

The price went even higher, reaching ₹178.50.

The company will use the money to improve its app and technology, open new offline learning centres, and pay back loans.

The platform has more than six lakh registered users and over two lakh paid subscribers.

The company has grown a lot, with revenue rising from ₹4.6 crore in FY24 to ₹23 crore in FY26.

This listing is a test of how much investors like education companies right now.
