Deepinder Goyal Says Temple Wearable Is Now Much Smaller

Temple is a small wearable device designed to sit near the side of a person’s head.

Its creator, Deepinder Goyal, says the newest version is less than half the size of earlier versions.

He also calls it the smallest wearable by volume and the most powerful version so far.

The device is meant to measure blood flow in the brain.

It also produces a score called Entropy, which Goyal says reflects the body’s energy use or metabolic state.

The company says the score can change with things such as sleep, exercise, stress, meals and caffeine.

Temple is being tested and has not yet shared all of its technical details or official performance comparisons.

Pre-orders for a limited edition are expected soon, with shipping planned before the end of 2026.
