Grand Marathon Unites 1,500 for Climate Action in Mumbai

A big race called the Grand Marathon happened in Mumbai.

Over 1,500 kids and students ran to show they care about the environment.

The race was part of a bigger event called Mumbai Climate Week, which wants to make Mumbai cleaner and greener.

The race was organized by Project Mumbai, UNICEF, the city government, and a school called St. Anthony's High School.

They made sure to use as little plastic as possible and recycled any waste.

The race is one of many small events happening before the main Mumbai Climate Week in February 2026.

These events help spread the message about climate action to more people in the city.
