Tejaswini Kolhapure Rejects Anurag Kashyap's Gulaal Role

Tejaswini Kolhapure, an actress and model, was approached by director Anurag Kashyap for a role in his film Gulaal.

The role required her to be naked, which she was not comfortable with.

She felt the role was not substantial and rejected it.

Anurag insisted that the role was written that way, but Tejaswini declined.

Later, they collaborated on the film Ugly, where she was nominated for a Supporting Actress award.

The incident highlights the challenges actors face in balancing artistic integrity with career opportunities.
