CJP Warns Government Over Protester Arrests
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) had a big protest that lasted 36 days.
They stopped protesting because the government promised to meet their demands, like changing exam rules and giving money to families affected by NEET.
But now, the CJP is upset because some protesters are still being arrested in places like Assam, Bengal, and Bihar.
They want the government to let these protesters go and cancel all the legal cases against them.
The CJP gave the government until Tuesday, 28 July 2026, to do this.
If the government doesn't keep its promises, the CJP might take more action.
The protest started on 6 June and got a lot of attention when a famous activist, Sonam Wangchuk, went on a hunger strike for 26 days.
