Mausam Noor Rejoins Congress Party
Mausam Benazir Noor, who used to be a member of the Congress party, was later part of the Trinamool Congress.
She has now decided to come back to the Congress party.
She was a member of the Lok Sabha from Malda two times before.
Her term as a Rajya Sabha member will end in April.
She might run for office again in the upcoming elections in West Bengal.
She said she was inspired by her family's legacy and the wishes of the people of Malda.
Her cousin, who is also a Congress MP, welcomed her back to the party.
