RSS Warms Up to Yogi Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat have been meeting more often and working together.
Yogi has been focusing on development in his state, and the RSS seems to be supporting him.
However, Yogi is not a traditional insider of the RSS or BJP, which might make it harder for him to become a national leader like Prime Minister Modi.
He has to win the next state election and deal with challenges within his own party.
The RSS's support could help him, but he still has many boxes to tick before he can think about becoming the next prime minister.
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath had a 90-minute one-on-one meeting in Ayodhya.
