Congress to Strengthen Jharkhand Organization: Village to District Level

A Congress leader named Phulo Devi Netam said they are making changes to the party in Jharkhand.

The goal is to make the party stronger, starting from small villages all the way up to the larger districts.

They want to involve more people and give chances to those from different backgrounds, like minorities and women.

Netam is an observer for Ranchi district and will be talking to local leaders to help pick new district leaders.

This plan is part of a bigger effort to spread out the power and give more people a chance to lead.
