Shiroor Math Assumes Paryaya of Udupi Krishna Mutt

Shiroor Math is a very old and important spiritual place that has been around for more than 800 years.

It started with a wise and devoted man named Sri Vamana Tirtha, who was chosen by a great teacher named Madhvacharya.

Over the years, many wise and holy people have led Shiroor Math, each contributing in their own special way.

They have written important religious texts, performed amazing spiritual feats, and helped the community.

Now, the current leader, Sri Vedavardhana Tirtha Swamiji, will take care of the Udupi Krishna Mutt for the next two years.

This is a big responsibility that changes hands every two years among eight different maths.

Shiroor Math has a rich history of scholarship, devotion, and service, and it continues to guide and inspire many people.
