Starting now, if you want to buy a new car, you need to show you have a parking spot first.

You'll need a paper from the city saying you have a place to park.

This is to stop people from parking on the streets.

Also, they're thinking about building parking garages under parks and playgrounds.

Developers will have to include parking with any new buildings.
