Signature Global plans to build a large luxury housing project in Farrukhnagar near Gurugram.
The project will cover about 194 acres.
It will include private farmhouse-style villas instead of tightly packed homes.
The company also plans green areas and places for sports, leisure, and hospitality.

Signature Global has secured access to 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, for an ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project.
The developer acquired 25 acres and signed a collaboration agreement covering another 169.22 acres.
The project is expected to offer about 6.77 million square feet of developable potential and generate Rs 5,500-6,000 crore in gross development value.
Plans include low-density luxury villas, green spaces, and sports, hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle facilities.
The site is near the Dwarka Expressway and has access to the KMP Expressway and Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road.
