Kuno Cheetah Nirva Found After Twelve Days Missing
Nirva is a female cheetah living in Kuno National Park.
The team watching her could not find her for 12 days.
Her satellite collar stopped sending information.
Her radio collar still worked, but only when the team was very close to her.
Nirva had been staying with her three cubs before moving away from them.
Search teams then used radio signals to find her.
Officials said she was safe and planned to replace her faulty collar.
This was the second time one of Nirva’s satellite collars had stopped working.
