Delhi High Court Reserves Order in Sunjay Kapur Inheritance Case

The Delhi High Court has finished hearing a case about who should get Sunjay Kapur's huge money and property worth Rs 30,000 crore.

Sunjay's children from his first marriage, Samaira and Kiaan, say a will that gives everything to his second wife, Priya, is fake.

They also say Priya might have hidden some of the money.

Priya says all the money and property have been properly listed.

The court will now decide if Priya can use the money while the case is going on.

Sunjay's mother also says she was not told about the will and does not think Sunjay would give everything to Priya alone.

The court's decision will decide what happens next in this big money fight.

Sunjay Kapur died in June 2025 while playing polo in London.

His children from his first marriage with Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan, recently wore his polo club jerseys to remember him on Christmas.
