Sunteck Realty Launches Ultra-Luxury Housing Projects
Sunteck Realty is launching a new brand called Emaance to build extremely expensive homes in Mumbai and Dubai.
The company aims to launch these projects by June next year, targeting ₹20,000 crore in revenue.
Each apartment will cost at least ₹100 crore, with some as high as ₹500 crore.
This move is to cater to the increasing number of wealthy individuals seeking luxurious properties.
The Mumbai project is planned on Nepeansea Road and the Dubai project will be in the Downtown area.
