MP to Assess Tiger Relocation Sites in Rajasthan, Odisha, Chhattisgarh
The Madhya Pradesh (MP) Forest Department is planning to send tigers to other states.
But first, they're doing a safety check!
They'll send teams to Rajasthan, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh to see if the new homes are ready for the tigers.
These teams will look at how much food is available, how safe the areas are, and if the habitats are good.
This is because they want to avoid problems like a previous tiger relocation where one tiger died and another had to be sent back.
The transfer of tigers is expected to start after November 15th when weather conditions are more stable.
