Two IPOs Launch in September: Om Freight & VMS TMT

Two companies are entering the stock market.

Om Freight, a logistics company, is launching an IPO on September 29, 2025, to raise money for new equipment and general expenses.

They will sell shares at ₹128 to ₹135.

VMS TMT, a steel manufacturer, will start trading on the stock market on September 24.

The new shares were sold at ₹99, and it is expected that the shares will be traded around ₹113 per share.

Both companies are raising money to fund their businesses.

The share of VMS TMT attracted a large amount of investors, indicating high demand.
