Odisha Launches Dedicated MICE Incentive Portal to Boost Tourism
Odisha has started a new online portal to help attract business events to the state.
These events include meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida launched it at the Odisha Travel Bazaar 2026.
The portal is meant to help event organisers learn about financial incentives and apply for them more easily.
The government also wants to make approvals faster for other kinds of events, including destination weddings and sports events.
Parida said Odisha could offer visitors weddings, cultural experiences and regional food tours.
She also said the government would consider ideas from businesses and provide targeted subsidies.
