Russia and Ukraine are in a big fight called a war.

One night, Russia attacked some buildings in Ukraine with strikes.

Russia says the buildings it hit were used for military things, including places where drones are stored and a factory that makes steel for armour.

Ukrainian officials say the attacks killed six people and hurt 20 others in the city of Zaporizhzhia.

The strikes also started fires in the capital city, Kyiv.

Russia said it also stopped or destroyed 396 Ukrainian drones across 15 regions that same night.

Both countries say they do not try to hurt everyday people on purpose.

In wars, the two sides often tell different stories about what happened and who is to blame.
