IIPA Recommends Enhanced Night Patrolling in Delhi

IIPA Recommends Enhanced Night Patrolling in Delhi

The Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) has suggested some important changes to make night patrolling in Delhi better.

They want police officers to be present at every Metro station after 11 pm, especially to keep women safe.

They also recommend more foot patrols in crowded areas and using data to decide where and when to patrol.

The IIPA suggests that police officers should receive training to be more sensitive and respectful to everyone, especially marginalized communities.

Additionally, they want police cars to have GPS and better communication devices to respond faster to incidents.

These changes aim to make Delhi safer at night.
