GNDU Alleges Eligibility Violations in KIUG Canoeing Events
Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in Amritsar has complained that Chandigarh University entered athletes who were not approved in the Canoeing and Kayaking events of the Khelo India University Games (KIUG).
GNDU says these athletes won medals even though their names were not on the official list.
They also say that more events were held than usual, which might have given Chandigarh University an unfair advantage.
GNDU wants the medals to be taken away and for an investigation to be done.
