ICC Supports Displaced Afghan Women Cricketers with Opportunities
Afghan women cricketers who had to leave their country will get help from the ICC.
The ICC will give them chances to meet other cricketers and learn from coaches at big cricket events.
A group of cricket leaders from India, England, and Australia are working together to make this happen.
This initiative helps the women cricketers by offering them speaking opportunities with cricketers, and attending workshops, under the guidance of the ICC.
ICC will provide engagement opportunities for displaced Afghan women cricketers.
These opportunities will be available at the Women's Cricket World Cup in India and Sri Lanka and the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup in England.
A high-powered committee from India, England, and Australia will assist the Afghan women cricketers.
Afghan women cricketers will speak to cricketers and attend workshops led by international coaches.
