Gujarat Police Exhume Man's Body Buried Under Kitchen Floor; Wife and Lover Sought
A man named Samir, who lived in Ahmedabad with his wife Ruby, disappeared about a year ago.
His wife told people he was in Dubai.
However, the police received a tip that he might have been murdered.
After investigating for over three months, police went to Samir's old house.
They dug under the kitchen floor and found human bones and flesh buried in cement.
They believe Samir's wife, her friend named Imran, and two of Imran's relatives killed him.
Police think Samir was abusive towards his wife, and she was having an affair with Imran, so they wanted him out of the way.
They allegedly cut his body up and hid it under the kitchen.
Police have arrested Imran, but Samir's wife and the other two people are still missing, and the police are looking for them.
The remains of Mohammad Israel Akbarali Ansari, alias Sameer Bihari, were discovered buried under the kitchen floor of his Ahmedabad home, nearly a year after his disappearance.
Police allege that Samir's wife, Ruby, conspired with her lover Imran Vaghela and two of Vaghela's relatives to murder him.
The alleged motive for the murder was domestic abuse by Samir towards his wife, coupled with her extramarital affair with Imran Vaghela.
The accused allegedly dismembered Ansari's body and buried it beneath the kitchen platform, subsequently covering it with cement and tiles.
Imran Vaghela has been arrested, while Ruby and the two relatives are currently absconding.
