India Launches AI Program to Boost Cancer Treatment
India is starting a program to use AI to help fight cancer.
IndiaAI and the National Cancer Grid will give money to teams that come up with smart AI solutions for things like finding, diagnosing, and treating cancer.
These teams will include tech experts and doctors.
The program will fund up to ten projects, focusing on important areas like screening, diagnostics, and patient care.
If the projects work well, they might get more money to expand across India.
IndiaAI and National Cancer Grid launched the CATCH Grant Program to support AI in cancer treatment.
The program will provide up to ₹50 lakh per project for AI solutions.
Selected teams will consist of technology innovators and clinical institutions.
