ICMAI Seeks CMAs for SEBI Task Force on NISM Certification
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) is asking Certified Management Accountants (CMAs) to apply to help create a new training course.
This course is for the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
A task force will create the course, which is called the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) certification.
This will include accountants, like CMAs, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Company Secretaries (CSs).
CMAs who have experience in internal audits of SEBI-registered companies can apply by June 27, 2025.
ICMAI is inviting CMAs to submit Expressions of Interest for a SEBI task force.
The task force will develop a new NISM certification course.
CMAs with experience in internal audits of SEBI Registered Intermediaries are encouraged to apply.
The task force will include CMAs, CAs, and CSs.
Applications must be submitted via email by June 27, 2025.
