Bajaj Housing Finance Raises ₹508.5 Crore via NCDs
Bajaj Housing Finance, a company that gives out loans for houses and other things, has borrowed ₹508.5 crore from investors.
They did this by selling special loans called NCDs.
These NCDs will give investors a fixed interest of 7.10% every year until 2028.
The company promised to pay back the money with interest on time.
They also made sure that the NCDs are safe by putting a special guarantee on their loans.
This money will help Bajaj Housing Finance give more loans to people who want to buy houses or other things.
Bajaj Housing Finance raised ₹508.5 crore via 50,000 secured redeemable NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each.
The NCDs offer a fixed coupon rate of 7.10% per annum, with annual interest payments starting from October 16, 2025.
The NCDs will mature on October 16, 2028, with both the final coupon and principal to be repaid at maturity.
The debentures are backed by a first pari-passu charge on the company's book debts and loan receivables, maintaining a cover ratio of 1.00x.
The funds raised will support Bajaj Housing Finance's growing retail and housing loan book.
