Lando Norris Launches Junior Team to Develop Future F1 Drivers
Lando Norris is a famous Formula One driver who wants to help young racers.
He has helped create a new team called LN4 Fusion.
The team will race in several junior competitions beginning in 2027.
These competitions help drivers learn before they try to reach Formula One.
Norris is also creating the LN4 Legacy Programme.
This programme will give talented drivers money, coaching, mentoring and career advice.
Norris says becoming an F1 driver requires more than talent.
It also requires support, opportunities and the right people around a driver.
Reigning Formula One champion Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a single-seater junior racing team.
LN4 Fusion plans to compete in Italian F4, FREC and FIA Formula Three from 2027.
The team has acquired assets from AIX Racing and is working toward British F4 and Formula Two entries.
Norris is also launching the fully funded LN4 Legacy Programme for promising drivers facing financial barriers.
Experienced managers will run the team, with Rene Rosin as principal and Guillaume Capietto as racing director.
