KSTDC to Launch Mayura Ruchi Food Trucks Across Karnataka
Karnataka’s tourism corporation plans to bring food trucks to popular tourist spots.
The trucks will be called Mayura Ruchi on Wheels.
They are expected to start serving visitors in November.
The first trucks are planned for Hampi, Nandi Hills, Bengaluru and Mysuru.
They will sell vegetarian food, including snacks, South Indian breakfast and some regional dishes.
The menu can change depending on the place and how many visitors come.
Some trucks at Nandi Hills may open as early as 3 a.m.
The project is intended to make food easier to find and create jobs for local people.
