Nashik's Simhastha Infrastructure Aims to Drive Industrial Growth

Nashik's Simhastha Infrastructure Aims to Drive Industrial Growth

Nashik is building many new facilities before the Simhastha Kumbh Mela.

These include roads, power systems, water networks, sewage treatment and digital connections.

Commissioner Shekhar Singh said the projects could help bring more businesses and investment to the city.

He said the facilities should be useful for 15 to 20 years, not just during the religious event.

A ring road could make it easier for trucks to move and reduce traffic and pollution.

New power substations are expected to provide more electricity for industries.

Nashik is also expanding sewage treatment and developing a large sewage network.

Local industry leaders want businesses from Nashik to participate in the construction work.

They said better infrastructure could create jobs and attract new industries.
