Bengal Schools to Recruit 1,941 Special Educators After Court Order
The government in West Bengal will hire 1,941 special educators to help kids with special needs in schools.
This is because the Supreme Court said they have to.
People can apply online between September 1st and 24th.
They'll take tests to get the job after other teacher tests are done.
This time, 10% of the jobs are saved just for these special educators, which is a new rule.
The goal is to follow the Supreme Court's orders and make sure kids with special needs get the help they need in school.
West Bengal's School Service Commission (SSC) will recruit 1,941 special educators.
The recruitment follows a Supreme Court directive for special education teacher appointments.
Online form submission is scheduled between September 1 and 24.
Selection tests will be held after SSC completes assistant teacher tests on September 7 and 14.
The state will reserve 10% of vacancies for special educators, a first for Bengal.
