US Aircraft Carrier Enters Middle East
The United States has sent a big ship called an aircraft carrier and other warships to the Middle East.
This is to protect American forces and be ready for any action against Iran.
The president said he hopes he won't have to use these ships.
Iran has said that any attack on them would be considered a big war.
The United Arab Emirates said it won't let its land or airspace be used for any attacks on Iran.
There were big protests in Iran, but they have calmed down now.
The US has also sent fighter jets and other military equipment to the area for exercises.
The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier and guided-missile destroyers have entered the Middle East region.
The deployment is in response to escalating tensions between the US and Iran following a crackdown on protests in Iran.
