COMEDK UGET 2026 Round 2 Choice-Filling Begins with 3,000 Seats
COMEDK is a group in Karnataka, India, that helps students get into engineering colleges.
Students take a big test called COMEDK UGET.
After the test, students pick the colleges they want to go to.
This picking is called choice filling.
The second round of choice filling has just started.
More than 3,000 seats are still available.
Students in the HKR and KKR categories can choose colleges until noon on August 6.
Seats will be given based on choices, test scores, and how many seats are free.
The results will be announced from August 7 to August 10.
Students who get a seat must pay the fee and report to their new college before August 11.
COMEDK has begun Round 2 choice-filling for COMEDK UGET 2026 engineering counselling on the official website comedk.org, with over 3,000 seats available.
Choice filling runs from August 5, 12 noon, to August 6, 12 noon, for candidates in the HKR and KKR categories.
Round 2 seat allotment results, decision making and fee payment take place from August 7, 4 pm, to August 10, 4 pm.
Candidates who accept and freeze their Round 2 seats must report to their allotted college by August 11, 12 noon, carrying their allotment letter and fee payment receipt.
A cancellation window runs from August 7, 4 pm, to August 11, 3 pm; one article says it covers Round 1 KKR seat holders only, while the other says HKR or KKR Round 1 seat holders can cancel.
