Andy Murray to be Honored with Wimbledon Statue
Wimbledon will honor tennis star Andy Murray with a statue, which will be revealed in 2027 to celebrate 150 years of the championships.
Murray, a two-time Wimbledon champion, will help with the statue's design.
The news comes after Murray's retirement.
In other news, Lois Boisson, a French tennis player who had a great run in the French Open, lost in the first round of the Wimbledon qualifying rounds.
She was not comfortable on the grass court, which is very different from her usual clay court.
Wimbledon is planning a statue for Andy Murray at the All England Club.
