Its first project offered 900-square-foot plots for Rs 51,000.

The company also uses websites and digital communication to share information with customers.

However, technology cannot guarantee that a property is legally safe.

Buyers still need to check ownership papers, approvals, land records and registration details themselves.

The company began in 2018 and later said it expanded into several states.

Its founder says long-term customer relationships are more important than expanding too quickly.
