Dhami Sets November Deadline for Visible Progress on Uttarakhand Ropeways

Uttarakhand is planning several ropeways to help people travel through its hills.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said the projects are moving too slowly.

He wants people to see real construction progress by November 9.

Project agencies must send reports within 15 days.

Officials are working on ropeways for places such as Kedarnath, Hemkund Sahib, Nainital and Mussoorie.

Some projects still need land, forest and departmental approvals.

Dhami asked officials to solve these problems by working together.

He said the ropeways should help pilgrims and tourists, reduce traffic and create jobs while protecting passengers and the environment.
