Indegene Stake Sale: CA Dawn Investments Sells Shares

CA Dawn Investments, linked to Carlyle, sold over 10% of its shares in Indegene, a healthcare tech company.

This block deal, completed on June 4th, was worth approximately ₹1,504 crore.

The shares were sold at ₹594 each.

This comes after Indegene's initial public offering in May, where the stock saw a significant premium.

Previously, CA Dawn Investments had sold some shares in December 2024.

Indegene's stock price closed slightly lower on June 3rd, but it has seen gains in the past month.
