NTPC to Take Full Control of PTC India
The company PTC India is changing its leadership.
NTPC will now be the only main supporter of PTC India.
The other supporters, PFC, POWERGRID, and NHPC, will step back.
The top boss job at PTC India will be split into two roles: one for overseeing and one for managing.
The Ministry of Power is guiding this change, and NTPC has a special person to make sure everything goes smoothly.

PFC, POWERGRID, and NHPC to withdraw their nominee directors and promoter rights.
