Arunachal Guv calls for whole-of-nation approach to secure Northeast

The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen K T Parnaik, spoke about how to keep the Northeast region of India safe.

He warned that problems in nearby countries like Myanmar and Bangladesh could affect India and need to be handled carefully.
