Fadnavis Launches Navi Mumbai Campus Campaign Against Student Drug Abuse

Navi Mumbai Police started a programme to help students stay away from drugs.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis launched it at a university in Nerul.

Police and schools will work together through anti-narcotics committees.

These committees will watch for drug-related problems and organize awareness activities.

A new centre will help people who are addicted to drugs receive treatment and counselling.

It will also have beds for people who need to stay there during intensive treatment.

A new control centre will help police watch thousands of cameras in the area.

Students also performed plays and made a pledge to avoid drugs.
