Natco Pharma Challenges Novo Nordisk's Semaglutide Patent in Delhi HC
Natco Pharma, an Indian drug company, has asked the Delhi High Court to cancel Novo Nordisk's patent for a diabetes medicine called semaglutide.
This medicine is also used for weight loss and is sold as Ozempic.
