Chef Dipna Anand Showcases Qualiko Chicken at Southall Foodservice Event
Dipna Anand and her father, Gulu Anand, held a food event in Southall.
They used Qualiko chicken to make many different dishes.
These included samosas, tandoori chicken, wings, butter chicken and shawarma.
Chefs and other food professionals tasted the food.
They wanted to see whether the chicken tasted good and worked well in busy kitchens.
