Runwal Realty Debuts in Malad with 60-Storey Luxury Tower

Runwal Realty, a big real estate company, is building a very tall and fancy apartment building in Malad West, Mumbai.

This building, called Auris Serenity Tower 4, will have 60 floors and the first floor will be 100 feet high.

This is special because it will let in more light and air, and give people more privacy.

The apartments will be big and nice, with views of the sea and the city.

There will also be lots of fun places to hang out, like pools and gardens.

The building is near big roads and shopping malls, so it's easy to get around.

A famous Bollywood actor, Sonam Kapoor, is helping to promote the project.

Runwal Realty has been building houses for a long time and this is their first big project in Malad.
