Nuvoco Acquires Vadraj Energy for ₹200 Crore
Nuvoco Vistas Corporation, a cement company, bought Vadraj Energy, which owns power plants in Gujarat.
The power plants will be used to generate electricity for Nuvoco's cement production.
This is the second acquisition of Vadraj assets by Nuvoco this year.
