BRICS Forum Urges Stronger Networks for Women-Led Businesses

BRICS Forum Urges Stronger Networks for Women-Led Businesses

Countries in the BRICS group met at a business forum on Friday.

They agreed that women entrepreneurs should connect more with one another.

Iran and the United Arab Emirates supported this idea.

Women-run companies work in areas such as factories, services, technology, farming and creative work.

However, many of these businesses have difficulty reaching new markets.

They may also struggle to get financing and follow different regulations.

Conflicts and financial uncertainty have made resilience more important.

The forum said stronger networks could help women-led businesses grow and cooperate across borders.
