RCB Moves 2026 IPL Home Games Away From Chinnaswamy
RCB, the team that won the IPL last year, won't be playing their home games in Bengaluru for the 2026 season.
This is because a very sad accident happened at their usual stadium, Chinnaswamy Stadium, during their victory celebrations.
The accident made the stadium unsafe, so the team will now play their home games in Navi Mumbai and Raipur instead.
This is a big disappointment for RCB fans who love watching games in Bengaluru.
The team will play five games in Mumbai and two in Raipur.
Additionally, fans won't be allowed to attend two WPL matches on January 14 and 15 at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai because of elections.
The matches will be played without spectators to allow security personnel to focus on the elections.
Fans can return to the stadium from January 16 onwards.
