Iran counters cyber attacks while agreeing shipping routes with Oman

Iran is a country that says it is being attacked by computer hackers while it is dealing with wars and conflicts.

The minister in charge of technology in Iran, Sattar Hashemi, said these attacks happen all the time.

He said young and talented people in Iran are working day and night to stop the hackers and keep services working.

The official news agency of Iran, called IRNA, shared what the minister said.

In other news, Iran and its neighbor Oman made a plan together.

The plan is about safe routes for ships traveling through a very important waterway called the Strait of Hormuz.

Many ships in the world sail through this waterway, so keeping it safe matters to a lot of people.

The two countries are still talking about the details, so the plan is not completely finished.

The United States was not part of these talks.

Ships will not start using the new routes right away.
