Dinesh Kumar appointed as Andhra Pradesh pay panel chief
The Andhra Pradesh government chose Dinesh Kumar to lead a group that reviews pay for government employees.
This group is called the 12th Pay Revision Commission.
The earlier leader, Dr Manmohan Singh, resigned.
