Andhra Pradesh High Court Acquits 4 in 2013 Murder Case
The Andhra Pradesh High Court recently made a big decision.
They let four men go who were in jail for a long time.
These men were sent to jail in 2018 for killing a goat herder named Billa Mowlali and stealing his goats.
The court said the police didn't have enough proof to show these men did the crime.
The court looked at all the evidence and saw that there were no eyewitnesses and that important witnesses didn't support the police's story.
The only thing the police had was that some goats were found at one of the men's houses, but the court said that wasn't enough to prove they killed someone.
So, the court let three of the men go completely.
The fourth man was still found guilty of keeping the stolen goats but not of killing anyone.
The court also said the men should get their money back if they paid any fines.
