The first section references the alleged disruption during Lionel Messi’s Kolkata visit, the “Justice for Abhaya” movement, border fencing and alleged cow smuggling.
The post-May 4 section highlights a proposed New Delhi-New Jalpaiguri bullet train, the Chingrighata viaduct gap, new industries and bulldozer action against alleged illegal constructions.
The celebrations were inaugurated by Minister of State for Agricultural Marketing Dilip Ghosh, MLA Tarunjyoti Tewari and others.
